St Buryan Lamorna & Paul Parish Council is a consultee on all planning applications in the parish. However, the decision making body on all planning matters is Cornwall Council. Cornwall Council as the Planning Authority for the area has a duty to process applications in a timely manner typically within 21 days.
Applications are reviewed at the monthly Parish Council meetings. Anyone who wishes to know if a particular application is being considered at the Parish Council meeting is invited to contact the Parish Clerk and she will be able to advise.
