Cleaning Contract for St Buryan, Lamorna & Paul Public Conveniences

St Buryan, Lamorna & Paul Parish Council is seeking tenders or applications to undertake the cleaning of St Buryan Toilets for the 2024-25 (and beyond).

Please find below the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Cleaning Specification: 3 days per week

Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday or Monday – Wednesday – Friday

The extent of the cleaning shall include the following and each facility will be maintained to these standards throughout the opening hours:

• Clean all windows, doors, walls, ledges, ceilings, woodwork, paintwork, lights, fixtures and fittings as appropriate inside and out.

• Collect and dispose of litter and debris within curtilage of site or within 5 metres of building.

• Empty and clean general bins/sanitary bins/nappy bins

• Clean hand wash stations and polish surfaces

• Clean/scour and disinfect all WC pans

• Clean/scour all hand basins and taps

• Disinfect the baby change unit

• Replenish liquid soap

• Sweep floors and remove sweepings

• Empty debris from any floor drains

• Scrub/wash floor areas, including the entrance to the facilities

• Clean and refill paper streams and all types of toilet roll dispenser

• Check each and every tap and flush for faults

• Report any faults immediately to Clerk at St Buryan, Lamorna & Paul Parish Council

• Fill in monitoring sheet on display

• Keep a record of consumables used and leave in the maintenance cupboard

• Pre-season legionella testing where hot water supplied

(Please note that there are two toilets but only one will be open until refurbishments are completed. Please quote for one unit to start with.)
