You will shortly receive a letter regarding a Housing Needs Survey for the Parish.

St Buryan, Lamorna and Paul Parish residents are invited to take part in a housing Needs Survey being carried out as part of the Parish Council Neighbourhood Development Plan process. The survey launches on 20 November and can be found using this link https://letstalk.cornwall.gov.uk/st-buryan-lamorna-and-paul-parish-housing-needs-survey

The Parish Council and Cornwall Council are working in partnership to conduct this online survey to establish the need for housing and help to ascertain what kind of housing, including affordable housing, local people need.
The results from this survey will be used to help the Parish Council determine housing needs and to help inform the development of a Neighbourhood Plan.
We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete this survey, even if you are already registered with Cornwall Homechoice or have registered an interest for Shared Ownership properties.
The closing date for completion of the survey is 31 December 2023
A report will be produced to show the results and a copy provided to the Parish Council, which will help determine future plans.
