A statement from our Chairman

It is with great sadness that I, the Chairman of St Buryan, Lamorna and Paul Parish Council announce the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

As a sign of respect, the Parish Council will be following national protocols.

St Buryan Church will hold services on Sunday 11th September at 10 am and Sunday 18th September at 10 am. The proclamation of His Majesty the King will be held at the Church steps on Sunday 11th September at 6 pm for parishioners to attend.

A condolence book will be open in St Buryan Church for residents of the parish to pay their respects.

Any residents wishing to lay flowers during the mourning period may do so on the grass in front of the notice board opposite the village shop.

During the mourning period members of the public can still contact St Buryan, Lamorna and Paul Parish Council.
