Meadow Rise

Meadow Rise

The open space area on the new Meadow Rise development has been grass seeded however it would appear that the grass seed has not taken as the weeds that were dormant in the top soil grew faster.

This area will now be mowed every 2 to 3 weeks for the rest of the growing season which will allow the grass seeds to germinate. The first cut of this area will be done on Friday 15th July.

On any new development where we have open spaces we ask for a little patience from the new residents during the first 12 months to allow the grass seeds to root and establish before using. Any foot traffic use during this period will permanently damage the grass.

We understand that this can be frustrating and look unsightly but with a bit of patience and a growing season the open area should look fine. We will be monitoring this closely every 2 to 3 weeks for the rest of the growing season.
